We accept all major credit cards, money orders and PayPal payments.

 

Residents of Arizona will be charged 7.95% sales tax. This cost will be added to the cost of the artwork. Orders placed by out-of-state residents and shipped out of the state of Arizona will not be charged sales tax.

 

We ship worldwide.

Shipments to US addresses are made through out Scottsdale, Arizona office while shipments to Europe and the rest of the world are processed by our headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria.

For the US, we typically ship within 2 weeks upon receipt of the order. Within Europe and the rest of the world, we ship up to 1 week.

The shipping cost will be added to the cost of the artwork. The shipping rates depend on the artwork. Shipping charges are based on actual rates to your address. We will inform you of the shipping rate prior to completing your order.

 

 

Free shipping is available for the US. Please contact us with any questions about this option.

 

We are happy to offer a flexible price range for trade specialists.

 

All orders are packaged to ensure they’re received in perfect condition. If your package is received with obvious external damage, please refuse delivery and do not open the contents. If upon opening your package, you find the contents damaged, keep all of the original packaging. Please inform us of any such incidents asap so that we can respond accordingly.

41TGallery LLC accepts returns and will issue refunds for goods damaged in shipment and returned with the original packaging. All other situations will be handled case by case.
 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork within 7 days and we will refund the full amount of your purchase less shipping and handling. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. All goods must be returned in perfect condition via FedEx, to our office.

 

The artworks are offered without frames. You can however order a frame for your chosen piece by contacting us via phone or e-mail.
